Sporting Clays: Field Course & 5-Stand
GSA offers Sporting Clays in two formats. The 5-Stand field has 15 clay launching stations including many very challenging presentations. The sporting clays field course has 10 shooting stations and is set throughout the wooded area. Target fees are charged for both of these venues. GSA hosts multiple shoots that are open to the public each year.
The Sporting Clays committee is always very active. Their efforts to maintain the roadway for the field course and to keep the walkways clear requires a lot of time and help can always be used. Stocking targets and charging and maintaining the batteries for all these machines is also a challenge.
